Luis Alcazar was the twin brother of Lorenzo Alcazar and the father of Sage Alcazar. Both Luis and Lorenzo were international arms dealers. Luis came town with the intention of killing both Michael "Sonny" Corinthos Jr. and Jasper "Jax" Jacks on behalf of his lover Brenda Barrett who previously lost her mind when she was romantically involved with both men.
Luis caused the death of Kristina Cassadine and was later killed by Kristina's older sister Alexis Davis when she pushed off a hotel balcony.
