Character History:[]
Lorenzo Alcazar came to Port Charles, New York after the death of his twin brother Luis Alcazar. Lorenzo became guardian to Luis's daughter Sage Alcazar. Lorenzo moved in on mobster Michael "Sonny" Corinthos Jr.'s territory. Lorenzo fell for Sonny's then pregnant wife Caroline "Carly" Benson after he rescued her after she was kidnapped by Sonny's half-brother Richard "Ric" Lansing. Lorenzo later helped Carly delivers her son Morgan Corinthos.
Sonny and Carly's marriage fell apart and Carly began having an affair with Lorenzo but it didn't last long and Carly returned to Sonny. Lorenzo soon after the shock of his life when he learn that he has a teenage son Diego Sanchez. Lorenzo and Diego grew close as Diego came into Lorenzo's business.
Lorenzo and Carly were married for a short time but it ended with her having a mental breakdown. Lorenzo then became involved with Skye Chandler-Quartermaine, who was soon pregnant with their child. Lorenzo and Skye's relationship was off an on though out the pregnancy but did get together after the birth of their daughter Lila Rae Alcazar.
Lorenzo and Sonny continued their mob war and Lorenzo was later killed by Sonny's right hand man Jason Morgan.
